About the NWLA

The North West Landlords Association was formed in 2002 by a small number of private landlords with the purpose of providing information, advice and mutual assistance for fellow landlords.

The Association now supports a strong membership and continues to provide information, advice and assistance to private rental landlords. Whether you have been letting properties for many years or have just acquired your first rental property, membership of North West Landlords Association can offer you many benefits and advantages. We work closely with local authorities and central government bodies such as the VOA and HMRC to provide our members with the most current information and advice.

The Association consists of it’s members, directors and administrative staff. Our directors and committee members are all landlords or letting agents and work on a voluntary basis for the benefit of the association and its members.

Our office on New Hall Lane, Bolton is staffed by our friendly and experienced team; Nicola and Amy are available to answer all of your questions, provide help and advise on legal procedures and communicate all relevant information to our members.
