Lets for Life is a registered charity in England and Wales and a subsidiary of our parent charity The Cameron Charitable Trust. Established in 2014, Lets for Life works to provide housing solutions for people with learning disabilities and complex support needs by leasing from the private rental sector.

With advantages such as; rental yields around market rent, no management or set up fees, long term tenancies and free inventories & property checks. We provide a hassle free service with low risk of abandonment or rent arrears.

Lets for Life provide services above and beyond general needs landlords, some of which include:

  • Easy Read fact sheets
  • Help with benefits and paying rent
  • Support with neighbours
  • Fire risk assessments
  • Full inventory and regular checks
    • PAT Testing and Gas Servicing, keeping everything up to date and legally compliant

All of our tenants receive tenancy support from our Regional Tenancy Agents. They also receive their own individual care packages through their chosen support providers who also support them to live in a tenant like manner alongside day-to-day tasks.
